Need-to-Know Venue Details

Booking the Venue:

We recommend reserving your date as soon as it’s finalized! We are more than happy to arrange tours at your convenience.

Additional Charges:

Be aware that an 8.7% tax and a 20% staffing charge will be applied to food and beverage. Possible additional fees may include time/bar extensions, package upgrades, and additional staff if necessary.

Catering Services:

All food and drink are prepared in-house to create a customized menu just for you! However, you are welcome to bring in a cake from an outside bakery of your choice.

Venue Rental Inclusions:

The venue rental fee encompasses all catering equipment as outlined in our inventory, as well as expenses for time, cleaning, setup, breakdown, and utilities for your event.

Service Charge Details:

A standard 20% service charge is applied to food and beverages. This is not a tip, but a fee used to pay our staff competitive wages. Additional gratuities are optional. Service charges for plated events are detailed in your packages.

Event Duration:

Our standard event duration covered by the venue fee is three hours.

Event Extension:

Events can be extended by one hour for an additional $500 fee, plus bar extension charges. This must be arranged 30 days in advance, with coordination with your vendors.

Holding Dates:

We offer a fully refundable $500 deposit to hold your date for 5 days post-contract signing.

Payment Plan:

We provide a payment plan of 50% due at signing, 25% due 90 days before the event date, and the remaining balance due 7 days prior to your event.

Exclusive Attention:

We host only one event at a time, ensuring our undivided attention is on making your special occasion unforgettable.

Parking:

Shared parking and ample street parking are available, though carpooling or ride-sharing is recommended.

Rainy Day Plan:

With most of our venue being outdoors, we recommend having a rain plan in place. We are here to assist you in organizing it.

Kid’s Menu:

We offer a special rate and can craft a delightful menu specifically for children under 12.

Safety:

Feel secure and at ease, knowing that the safety of your guests is our priority, with reliable security personnel and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Hassle-Free Clean-Up:

As your event concludes, rest easy knowing that the post-celebration clean-up and breakdown are taken care of efficiently and promptly.
